If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual through IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other identifying information, we reserve the right to consolidate or close such accounts at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. nasa4 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to notify nasa4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
nasa4 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. To comply with these legal obligations and protect both our platform and our players, we require all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of clear processing error by nasa4 or where required by law.
Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a bank account registered in your name. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals to new payment methods may require additional security review and take up to 72 hours to process. nasa4 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank may deduct their own fees from the transferred amount.
In the event that we detect irregular betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software, or any other activity that violates these Terms & Conditions, nasa4 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, we may confiscate associated winnings, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Any winnings derived from fraudulent activity, technical errors, or game malfunctions are void and will not be paid out.

Upon account closure, you will be permitted to withdraw any remaining balance in your account, provided that the funds were obtained legitimately and all wagering requirements have been met. However, nasa4 reserves the right to withhold funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In no event shall nasa4's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah), whichever is lower. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nasa4, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (c) your use or misuse of nasa4's services; (d) any fraudulent activity conducted through your account; or (e) your violation of any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of nasa4 or any third party. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nasa4 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between you and nasa4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against nasa4.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
nasa4's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by nasa4 in writing. No waiver of any breach of these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach, and no delay in exercising any right under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right.
